    Acacia seyal, commonly known as Red Acacia, Shittah Tree, or Whistling Thorn, is a drought-tolerant African tree valued for its reddish bark, thorny branches, and ecological importance in dry savanna regions. It is commonly used for gum production, fuelwood, shade, and soil improvement.

    Short Germination Tips:

    • Scarify seeds lightly or soak in hot water for 12–24 hours before sowing.

    • Sow seeds about 1–2 cm deep in well-draining sandy soil.

    • Keep soil lightly moist during germination.
